These Terms & Conditions govern use of the AgroMart marketplace. By using AgroMart, you agree to use the service lawfully, provide accurate information and respect other users.

Marketplace transactions

Orders, escrow releases, disputes, refunds and withdrawals are handled according to the transaction rules displayed on AgroMart. AgroMart may suspend accounts or listings that violate these terms.

Seller commission

AgroMart currently charges a 5% platform commission on successful marketplace sales unless a clearly stated promotion or agreement says otherwise.

Changes

AgroMart may update these terms when necessary. The latest published version applies to future use of the service.
